NEW Sunday SERIES
Join Marika for a Sunday special! To kick off Spring, we’re offering an extra day of Pilates where you’ll build strength, coordination and full-body stability.
Classical Pilates training begins with the original five core exercises— including the Hundred, Roll-Up, Single Leg Circles, Rolling Like a Ball, and Single Leg Stretch—designed to awaken the body through controlled, flowing motion. Rooted in the foundational principles of breath, concentration, control, centering, and precision, these exercises build deep core strength, alignment, and mindful body awareness.
Marika will lead you through the beginning exercises that lead up to and enhance the basic 5 using the foundational principles, mindful adaptations and cues.
Open level class - all welcome, including beginners.
