5-Day Fall Reset

Autumn Reset:

A Five-Day Virtual Ayurveda Immersion, Nov 3-7, 2025

About A Seasonal Cleanse:

With each unique seasonal transition, we are invited into new routines that facilitate greater alignment with the inherent wisdom and energy of that season. While summer beckons all beings into a state of high buzz and full blossomed expression, autumn harkens a time of closure. Just as the bees take their final drink of nectar, we too begin to close out a season of projects and look ahead to a time of quietness and rest.

By adopting a seasonal routine to mark one season's end and another's start, we come into deeper harmony with the intelligence of nature, awaken our innermost biological memory, and feel ease in body and mind.

What’s included:

·  specific seasonal nutritional guidance, with a focus on a mono-diet cleanse
·  lifestyle modifications to support you through late fall and early winter                                                                                        ·   two live vata-pacifying yoga and pranayama classes
·  breathwork to bring ease and stability to the body and mind
·  live Ayurvedic information sessions to further deepen our innate wisdom ·  pre-recorded daily practice to utilize during the week that supports transition and rest
·  heart-centered community and a support group of friends from all over the country

Fall 2026 Theme:

Into the Silence: Eat Less, Talk Less - Medicine for the Kali Yuga

In addition to our usual invitation to participate in a full or partial kitchari cleanse to prepare for the transition into the colder months, each cleanse has a specific theme to deepen understanding, integration, and transformation

This autumn, we will turn our focus to MAUNA, keeping silence.

Sri T. Krishnamacharya suggested that in these times, when discord reigns, we must be mindful about our food intake and verbal output.
We will offer support for silent meditation and intentional communication, think about what the Upanishads mean when they admonish us to "say only what is kind, only what is true," and delve into the meaning of Kali Yuga.
